Trenchlink has developed a range of modular road plate products which have been designed to reduce road plate accidents and act as temporary covers for utility trenching networks – Gas, Water or Cable. Manufactured from ductile iron, the Trenchlink system will cover the following trench openings world-wide:

Road Crossings – 300-700mm width

Linear Runs – 300-1000mm width

Single Openings – 1500 x 2000mm width

In addition, we provide skid resistant solutions for standard steel road plates which maximise safety standards for motorists and pedestrians.

500MAX-Crossing
The 500MAX/700MAX- Crossing is a system of interlocking, ductile-iron mini road plates which can be used to secure a trench across a road, up to 700mm in width, in order to enable the immediate passage of vehicular or pedestrian traffic.


500MAX-Linear
The 500MAX-Linear has been developed to cope with the difficult task of securing trenches for longitudinal runs parallel to the pathway.


700MAX/1000MAX-Linear
Designed to the same specification as the 500MAX-Linear, the 700MAX/1000MAX-Linear will offer contractors the first opportunity to cover trenches up to 1000mm in width in a longitudinal direction, parallel to the pathway.
